Casas Guanacaste

Ideally situated between the small Marbella town center and the beach, on a tranquil private road, Casas Guanacaste offers three detached house rentals on a spacious 1.25-acre property adorned with majestic Guanacaste trees and an abundance of fruit trees. Guests can also enjoy surf lessons and exclusive access to a private skate bowl.

The property is ideally located, just off the “Camino Playa Frijolar” road, between the town center and the beach, both of them being within walking distance (less than 1 km). One can hear the waves from the property and enjoy the surrounding wildlife (Howler Monkeys, Parrots…), during a tranquil and peaceful stay.

Each house is fully equipped with a kitchen, TV and covered private parking space.
